So what changed suddenly in last 1 year before that market was all flat suddenly why changes over all us. Not just one area snow places kooda alane raised. This all fkEd Up game by Zillow redfin etc.  think about this $400K house became 700k. 400k lo konnodu happies $700k konnodu 4% interest tho 30years $2 million kadtadu. He will realize this won’t work. And oka 10% market vadu kattina daniki taggina he will see no benefit slow ga foreclosure start chestaru.  If the market going up only in some areas like Texas Florida makes sense. Whole US lo ila going up Antey ekkada kodtundi

My calculations might be imprecise.  But I have this doubt . Ipudu purchase chese vallu they are going to have a loan for min of 15 years considering the economical situations will be more or less the same for the next 15 years. The mode of emi payment will be monthly income or income from properties (if there are any). How do they gonna manage if there are any financial emergencies in the near future unless they already have income generating assets worth of 50% of house value (atleast). Did people earn too much in the past 2 years. Or 200k is minimum wage in states like Texas too.
