Can I file a property case from US in india without paying a visit

civil disputes aithe mostly accept chestaru with out in person…edo oka health reason ani or covid reason ani..

Usually first visit aithe in person vundali…but I heard it’s okay not to be physically present.

Power of attorney and special power of attorney ani untayi ....... I don't remember the differences but evaraina baaga close and trustworthy family or friends, willing to help ayithe you can use this.

Ma father valla cousin settled in London longback, had a property dispute running from 25 years (sort of kabja case). Unfortunately he died and his wife also in bed ridden condition, children don't care about this stupid property in india(not worth the effort or time for them it seems). If it is a property kabja issue they are betting heavily that you will give up eventually. Best option would be to put political pressure, every politician takes some percentage to settle this kind of issues.
