EB3 to EB2 - Interfiled. Are we stuck in EB3 if we use EAD now ?

My employer interfiled today to  EB2. I got full time offer from a different company. If I take the job now using my EAD, Am I struck in EB3 ?

Yes u can’t change now. 180 days AC21 rule resets if you interfile. Wait for 6 months for change of job

How are you planning to move now as your portability eligibility gets reset? Are you aware of this?

I-485 apply chesina 180 days taravata port chesukovachu even if you move.. but since you interfiled now.. your 180days starts again now.. so if you move, you cannot port your I-485.. malli I140 approval tho modalu pettali..

No, but you need to refile your I-140 with your new employer for approval.. and reapply I-485..
