Anyone doing heavy workouts?

Heavy squats, deadlifts alantivi.. I started recently and I am feeling soreness in muscles that I never knew existed in my body. recovery is taking a long time. any tips vaa?

 

heavy ante maree heavy kadu.. squat is at 160 lbs x 5 and deadlift is at 230 lbs x 5.. my body weight is 185 lbs so these weights are not so heavy comparatively

I used to go crossfit bro. My best backsquat was 250lb and deadlift is 300lbs. I weight 170lb. I like squats. Cleans, power cleans. Starting lo alage untadi but slowly you will be there

did you find any advantage in crossfit bro? I wanted to do this but, my Gym instructors are not entertaining me. They say a lot of injuries for sure ani. I wanted to improve my posture.

Spend 5-10 minutes on warm up and another 5-10 minutes on stretches after workout. Helps avoid injuries, build muscle and fast recovery

Chinna or pedda weight ..body strength training la sore matram aitadi ..initial ga konni rojulu untadi, sets madhyalo rest appropriate ivvali and rest days flexibility workouts cheste taggutadi.
