Anyone doing heavy workouts?

since you started recently, limit 2-3 weight trainings per week.. and give 1-2 days either rest or cardio or yoga in between

Start slow.. let the strength build..

When did you actually start bhayya??  That is pretty much common during initial days if you just started...

I do 200 lbs squats and 150 lbs deadlifts...I lost 30 lbs and noticed same symptoms as you when I gained 5 lbs...

200 lbs squat cheyagalgithe, deadlift number must be much higher than 150 no? for most people, deadlift is usually their biggest lift

CrossFit is adddiction it helps in building your core and you don’t get bulky and don’t look pumped up. You will gain strength and gain lean muscle. Main target will be in lower body and abdomen and little on chest.
