People watch for different reasons - women watch with different perspective..don't take it to heart...

Recently a women director made a movie - even it has double meaning song - not exactly item song, but it's obvious...very catchy tune...

He has done more than 300 avadhanams including one where he had 1116 pruchakas spread over 21 days. That is a record of sorts. His contribution to the field of literature is immense. That should be ground enough for automatic qualification.

While I don't agree to some of his statements, I have no doubt about his literary skills. He is an extremely learned person. Well, I personally like that fact that he was a commie at one point in time. That resonates with me.

He gives thousands of hours of lectures and even educated / well read people in this DB take 1 or 2 minute bytes of his lectures and form an opinion

..and then they write pages and pages criticizing him.

Janalaki edi nachhithe ade chupisthaaru… Arya lo amalapuram song antha hit avvakapothe, sukumar wouldn’t have put item songs in his other movies.. he told that in an interview that he is forced by the producers to put an item song in all his movies.. now everyone expects an item song in his movie.. and it always becomes a big hit.. vulgar item songs have always been there in the movies since ages…

as we age, I guess we go from liking it to not liking it.. now garikipati is hating these songs but he must have liked them when Ntr and Krishna did item songs and danced with Jyothi Lakshmi and jayamalini..

He falls flat on movies and talking about young girls boys.

He is better of going back to what he is best at - giving contemporary meaning to our traditions and bashing astrology/numerology/blind worship of gods / bhakti instead of karta .
