Most state governments are completing their full elected term in the recent past than it was in the 70's and 80's.

FYI, Karnataka, AP, Maharastra, UP, Rajasthan were ruled by Congress for most part from states reorg to 2000's and look at their CM's list. MH had a full-term CM after 30 years, even Sharad Pawar could not complete his three times a CM an entire term. MH lo 1972 nundi 2014 varaku okka CM kuda full term complete cheyaledu...thanks to Congress High Command. 

Same thing with AP. 1971 tarvata 2004 varaku okka Congress CM kuda full term complete cheyaledu, thanks to Congress's leadership.
