Sure….I have seen my parents taking these kind of risks and we struggled a lot….so I will not, I am fine paying rent instead of paying $100K more than asking price

Bayya nenu roju thinedgi adhey. Cofee rusk or biscuits from last 3 gears weekly 1 full icecream pack. Rice ekuva istam undadhu mosty nonveg. Fruits and lots of gum. Nenu chacha. Stopped eating icecreams but thats it i did. Biryani

@csrcsr one meal a day is working for me. 2 weeks back fasting test results showed I am Pre diabetic(117). Happen to see your thread at the same time, avoided all starch, sugar stuff and ate one meal a day with lots of fat, protein and one hour of physical excercise daily. Today my reading was 93…..Thankyou 

my meals consisted of dry fruits, berries, brown rice, chicken, fish, mushroom, eggs, broccoli, beans, brinjal
