I personally two people who are very close who was on insulin shots and the other one on full.metformon they did for 3 months , even now they eat healthy food like millets occasionally they enjoy sweets biryani etc  it has been 18 months all levels normal may be slight weight gain because water weight fast ga vastadi , even no high fat fasting helps you it has to be a life style change

Works perfect a kinda juice tiseyi eat spinach , kale in salads it will work perfect slowly 20-4 ki tisukara tagging tirutadi 

Add lemon water with Himalayan salt daily and costco lo manchi multi vitamin esuko taggaka pothe adugu

good. but where are you getting your calories in majority? fats , protein or carbs?

fats and proteins in form of avocado oil/ghee and also flaxseeds chia seeds
