bro eroju 1 time tiskunna meal and am not hungry. even food ekkatledu , it been 3 weeks I stopped having rice, wheat and sugars.since 2 days am fasting. shifting to 24 hrs one. But food enta timelo finish cheyali.. am having food for 1 hour - 1.5 hour slowly. Inkoti bro I monitor my blood sugars with dexcom cgm..I observed this even after fasting for 10 hrs my blood sugars are spiking to 110-120 . why?

This is all too difficult to start with and is difficult to consistently maintain… the issue is that we eat too much and too late.. and we eat all the wrong foods which are heavily processed.. 

1. Eat water soaked methi seeds (2 spoons) every day in the morning and in the evening. This will control your blood sugar levels. You can try apple cider vinegar also. 
2. cut down on sugars, coffee and tea

3. Eat dinner at least 4 hours before you go to bed.

4. Daily walking or exercise for 30 mins (at least)

5. Don’t eat biryanis or any dishes in large quantities. Eat limited quantities and frequent small meals. 

6. Replace sonamasuri or basmati rice with quinoa or raw rice. 
 

these are easy to follow and you will see good improvement in your sugar levels..

What you said is right anna...claims of fasting being beneficial to control blood sugar levels.

Some facts we should keep in mind. We can only prolong the offset but cannot negate diabetes. The only question is how long. Two main reasons for diabetes are lifestyle habits and hereditary.

Manam ipudu intermittent fasting, one meal a day or there are many such methods to control blood sugar levels. Kani ikada manaki solution kavalsindi long term for life solutions. One meal a day, Keto, low carb diet, only greens, high protein etc lantivi evi chesina avi short term varake vundi potadi kani for ever habit chesukovadam chala kastam. This is where we really need to invest time and think if this really works for us forever or for short term control of blood sugar.

One meal a day....may be an year or two or three years varaku lagochu...physical activity ekuva leni rojulaki ade correct kuda...kani ie habit forever cultivate chesukokapothey anvasaramaina anardhalu vastayi. 

I'm not denying the facts but at the same time, we really need to focus on life solutions than to just adapt to short-term solutions.
