Breakfast - steel cut oats with blueberries and strawberries.

lunch - hulled millets + Indian veggie curry + egg whites

Apple at 2 clock

Dinner before 7 - quinoa + Indian curry + vegetables. You can make quinoa fried rice with veggies for better taste. 
 

Note: cut down the meat and that solves lot of problems. Don’t say protein blah, blah ..you can get more protein from veggies.

Enti anni varieties okko okka  bukka thinala? Evvanni chusthey fasting la ledu.. edo kummi theney diet la vundi

3 pm nundi every 3 hrs ki green tea without dugar until sleep time.

Mrng : 8.30am green tea, 9 am : 3 boiled eggs

Aftrnn : 12pm green tea, 12:30- 3 boiled eggs +1 apple

Evng : 4pm green tea , 4:30 - apple

Night : oat meal( without milk ) or any roti sabji(less oil)

My opinion Egg whites ok to eat but causes dehydration. Egg yolk do not eat more than 2 per week. 
 

actually, every person diet varies depending on the how their body is doing. Get the blood work done and see a nutritionist to find out what’s best for you based on blood results and allergies.

kada intha hadavidi avalaram ledu......eat 300-400 cal deficient food/day (https://www.fatcalc.com/rwl)

 

eat what ever you want, but keep it to the cals that you need to consume

once you start doing it, you will realize about amount of food to cal ratio

and you will start looking at food with low cals and high quantity to keep you full(reason for drinking more is to keep you full......secret )

and eating fiber rich food keeps you full(satiety index)

and you will become super cal conscious.....like i ate some cake today or full biryani in lunch......and you will go easy on dinner.......you need to reach to this point 

 

DONT STRAVE or FORCE yourself, no good will ever happen
