okasari 500, 700, or 1000 steps chesi, malla day lo continuous ga 3 to 4 hrs kurchunte emuntadi use, we humans are not made to life such life anta bhayyo. through out the day uniform ga metabolic activity undali anta.

Even heavy weight lifting/body builders kuda 2 to 3 hours workouts chesi rest of the time nidrapovadam, or laptop/tv mundu kurchoru, they do walk 2 times a day and every 1 to 2 hr ku edo oka  mild aerobic activity untadhi. If not its not easy to manage energy and continue stay healthy.

Remote jobs unte inka better ga baa. You ll have more time to go for a jog, hiking or gym and maintain your body well. You can also have luxury to cook your own food rather than eating out at office

ye, ilaanti privileges unnayi, but in reality, health issues chusthunnam kada, not everyone is getting time for gym cheppalante, forget about jog, hiking literally 12 hrs dedicated ga chesthunnam/chesthunnaru even single job vallu kuda, worst enti ante, inthaka mundu at least home to office drive lo konchem work nundi mind away undedhi, ippudu nidra legisinappati nundi, malla nidra poye varak system munde ayinattu undhi mostly of the people situation.
