Mana state lo kuda revolt em raledu kadha  brother... as far as I see konchum educated and middle class people matrame aganist anipistunaru ...... ma degara panulaki orrisa border nundi ostharu ...they sortof worship him ..... inkevaru maaku dabbulu ivvaledu antunaru... we cant explain and hope them to see larger picture kadha. any ideas on how to change their views ??

Every distribution company has its own vigilance wing.. pretty standard in all utility companies.. they look out for pilferage and theft of energy.. and have extra power to seize/lock based on their findings...
