AC Copper piping - Hyd apartment

Anyone have idea about AC copper piping? Builder asking Rs 70000 for that includes piping for 5 points. Is it necessary now can we also do it later?

Once AC piping installed it’s kind of plug of play anta.

central conditioning ah? if 5 points are for split ac - each installation will cost around 1500 that includes upto 10 ft copper wiring. ee pre fitting lo only advantage i can see is a clean house - ac installation guys drills n opens up the wall  - to avoid u ll have to pay the higher pricing it seems
