Have u ever run changes directly in production ?

issue raanantha varaku it's ok..

nee kharma kaali issue ayithe, you are on your own.  Prathi pakodi gaadu vachi "it's basic common sense...never do changes directly in Prod..however minor they are" ani upadesaalu ichi saava 10gtharu...

Neva do that even if ur manager approves ! Mock up the data and test in test before moving to prod. Basic process but very efficient and strong.

Desi managers allow this kind of activities. There is CAB process to follow to bring any changes to the production in my place. It is a terminable offense if we don't follow the necessary steps to put changes into the production. There is a reason they put this protocols in place.
