If you realize, Ashton woods already raised the prices by about 100K from thier first appointment.. I guess they might have sold homes internally(3-5 homes) for the initial offer price.. because no one from public or website got the appointment..  more over, you get like 2400-2500 sft for 530K price.. not worth it. The median home price for that size in duluth area is in 400K range.. 

 

With the interest rates are now reaching to 4%, Its an absolutely inflated price for the value you are getting for the amount you are paying towards home. Same thing happened in 2008, builders have built expensive homes and they had to default when the interest rates went up and buyers capacity for payments was not reaching the monthly dues.

It will have to slow down baa …with this much inflated prices and growing interest rates ..inka adhe speed tho continue avvadhi …already wife and husband 2 jobs each chesetollu thappa both working vallu kooda konaleni prices unnayi akkada

Bhayya, don’t talk about Brookmeede  and dont fall in this community trap. Toll is taking full advantage of desis and artificially inflating the bidding prices for this community by creating competition between bidders. This bubble is not good for this community and will have huge impact in coming days. Don’t fall in this crap trap!!

Demand undi for that community. Demand unte of course builder will try to gain as much as he can. 
he cannot do this for other communities as they don’t have as much demand. 
every bidder/buyer especially when u bid so high will come prepared with enough research and bid whatever they feel is right price. Doesn’t happen by builder just taking advantage…

evvaru takkuvollu kadu ikkada…builder or buyer…mudurlu andaru…

it’s demand right now for this community for various reasons

April lot #105 winning bid amount is 490K.

Ekkada demand taggindo I don’t see even with 5.5% interest rate..

apparently 5 people placed the bid amount for more than 400K and the winner is with 490K

Time dictates everything, For the first time Toll brothers Brokemeade released June lots without bidding and that too 4 lots at a time. I see Realtors are marketing this community for the first time as the overall housing market continues to slow down!!

New homes slow down emi avvaledu, used homes bagane down avuthunnayu…

new homes ki less offers compared to few months ago..

Monna long weekend oka builder office ki potey I was the only one, sold nothing in last 2 months and not opening lots next month annadu . Cold water bottles vunnay tagi po annadu
