Good things happening for East Hyderabad but Nothing can beat the development going on in West Hyderabad right now. There are so many 50+ floor sky scrapers planned in and around the Kokapet area now that in 10 to 15 years that area will have a Mumbai/Singapore looking skyline..

Just saw in maps, Genpact campus is almost in Hubsiguda and Pocharam area is 12 Km away, then how will Genpact SEZ expansion benefit areas far away like Pocharam or LB nagar etc.,

Pocharam campus lo one of the major employer is Genpact.also pocharam is developing as next kompally with villas and social infrastructure and  international schools etc, with the 7km elevated corridor coming up it will be a 15-20 minute to uppal/habsiguda/ramanatapur from pocharam. If you want to live in the east Hyderabad and want to buy a villa currently there is no choice but pocharam

My relatives bought plots near to Infosys around two years ago around 7-8K .... recently I talked to them and they told many new buildings are coming up and now its around 20-25K per yard... they are expecting it easily reaches 40-50K once KCR double bedroom complex is started.. dont know why they are still not inaugurating double bedroom complex... two yrs back chusa appude completed unde... pocharam infosys campus daggara inko pedda IT company vaste I think inka no stopping there.. Infosys phase-2 complete ayite its a 60K employee capacity... also there was plan for building a MMTS railyway station backside of Infy adi kuda pending...

20-25K per yard with huge scope for development is available in pocharam, easy double in 2-3 yrs... Im looking to invest there but not finding a right plot

99acres.com lo listings unnayi bro, pocharam/rampally is the only area inside ORR u get plots starting 18K i guess.
