wife ki august last year h4 and ead extension file chesa to sync up with my i94 dates , madyalo i got amended and I got extended i94 dates , both applications are still pending with vermont. 

Epdu naa extension filing in prem processing . I am not filing her h4 and ead extensions again as he has plans to visit india in a month and also she has pending applications . 

Oka vela naa h1 approval in a week vaste , can i interfile to uscis with my latest i797 and reuest them to grant h4 and ead extensions till my new h1 end dates . will it worth to give a shot . Epdu pending lo unna h4 applications are till end of July only .
