Planning to bid for a lot in upcoming lot releases (moving from Southern california). Zeroed down to Blufview and travisso which one you suggest interms commute kids schools oevrall suggestion(looking into more like 70 lots).

yeah, thats what everyone is saying..lot premiums are around 90 and people bidding like 70k or 80 on top of it. I understand Travisso is a beautiful comminity if there is a high bidding for it..but why this craziness for Bluffview...anything you know.?

Both are high end, lot of cali folks moving there, one of the reason for high bidding. Regardless of series, 150k vesthe vastundi in bluffview pulte ki. Travisso is even more higher. And both communities have bigger sqft compared to other communities. So konchem highend anuko. And Austin people have some craze towards Taylor morrison, not sure why.

Commute to where? Travisso ithe far from everything, just area konchem beautiful untadi. Baga dabbulu and remote job unte konukko. Drees homes summer lo open chestaranta if you can wait and are very rich 😁. Bluffview is bit better but still not near to office areas. Bluffview is better in terms of schools.

Basis charter will open this or next year in west cedar park. andulo vasthe Travisso better.
