I felt like other way around…in my previous company my friend complained to HR that the director is giving strict deadlines….final ga work culture maaripoyindi and now no work presssure it seems

We are only talking about companies that can do their work remotely… anni IT companies kavu kadaa… customer facing companies and others can continue doing work in office…. IT jobs are very less compared to other jobs..

IT companies lo most consultants travel during week days. Even in our office services (90% of them are IT) and sales teams are mostly on road.
