lol FT valla edupu ekkuva aindi gaa.. meeru enta ginjukunna WFH is here to stay. Around 60% of the jobs will stay remote. Almost all the contractors are doing 2 to 3 jobs. If everyone is asked to come into office all of them have to leave their second and third contracts. Companies are not in a position to negotiate as there is a severe scarcity of IT resources in US right now after the great resignation. It will put an immense pressure on companies to fill these positions and automatically they will make concessions and convert these positions to full Time WFH.. Office buildings, dry cleaning jobs ivanni jujubi.. People and the economy will adapt. Old professions will disappear and new professions will take over…

well said....last 2yrs lo way too many hirings jarigai...and majority remote ey. ippudu andarini back to office anta kastam....ppl will quit. Maa team lone almost 6 - 7 contractors unnaru and nobody lives in client city. If they quit jobs because of in-person, then huge loss to project. So simple ga in-town unna vallani hybrid model and already out of town vallani alage continue cheyyandi antunnaru.

coming yrs lo recession lantidi vachi, lay offs cheyyali ante, they will pick remote jobs first...appati daaka this will continue

Andaru office ki velte oka 50% positions will go unfilled. There are very few resources in the market, so ayye pani kadu. FT vallaki tappadu but contractors will resign and hop to another remote contract..
