Parents B1/B2 visa immigration documents?

my mother is visiting here soon. wanted to check what documents she needs to carry for immigration interview at port of entry apart from passport with visa? 

 

my mother does not know english,  for immigration interview at port of entry - do they provide translator to telugu or can fellow passenger (my friend) help?

i dont think they will provide..in case of issues they will ask help from other passengers...in laws had some isssue...someone else helped
