First lo koddiga kastam ga vuntundi kani worth it bayya. Maree edi okatee ayete bore kodutundi so just roju just oka cup rice and couple of pulkas tinu with lots of boiled viggies like complete meal

Red rice , black rice all are marketing terms 

The only way to healthily eat rice is without polishing it , aka brown rice

 Unpolished rice will have a  coarse texture but it is extremely healthy 

Don't fall for marketing , Brown, black , red color rice are not healthy by themselves.  Any unpolished rice is healthier 

If your only concern is weight loss , then reduce carb portions gradually and increase protein
