Demand and supply issue … interest rate hike + stocks coming down .. will cause a housing market slow down . It is just matter of time

Yeah it is not cheap kani taggatle asalu. The house I mentioned will touch 1 million with bidding and upgrades. And it’s not even a superb model or is near to offices or shopping, schools are okay and not near to any charters.

They are less than 2% but in recent article..... I saw 20-25% of land transactions in and around Austin is being bought by Desi uncles.
