experts- any demerit points we get for stop sign ticket in dallas? Any loop holes to get rid of it, please help.

Please have him do hard stops going forward it can cause very serious accidents .. lot of people Ignore stop signs .. u can get a lawyer he will get rid of it

Citation icchara? Iste 2 demerit points add autayi. Google the area traffic records and see if it discussed on any forums. Sometimes, some counties use sudden change in Speed limits, invisible stop signs etc for fines. If you find something like that online, hire a lawyer and get the citation quashed. 

Finish a course like the below and submit to the insurance company in case they cannot get the points quashed.

If you finish a safe drivers course, generally the points are quashed and insurance does not go up. Lawyer daggariki velte, konchem costly autundi. be prepared for 500-1k bill.

No need to hire a lawyer.

I had the same issue. Just go to court to pay the fine. At the counter, you will be given 2 options.

1. Probation ... Points won't go on record as long as you don't get another ticket in next 90 days. This option is best.

2. Take safe driving course and the points won't go on record. This takes 8 hours to complete. Take it only if first option isn't available..

Court ante..ticket court lo contest cheyamani kaadhu....just go to the location and walk right to the counter. 

Lawyer naa koduku idhe chesedhi.
