Vivek was done after his son passed away bro you might not know but everyone in chennai circle knows that. He got depressed for long time and manishi laaga ledu movies kuda act cheyaledhu. Stress induced age realted massive cardiac arrest. Puneeth steroids kadhu but his family lo heart attacks ekkuva valla dad ki heart attack vachindhi and shiv ran kumar got heart attacke 4 years ago. And puneeth chaala heavy manishi for his height and they think doing strenous exercise is good but heart ki ekkuva pressure oettakudadhu.
