Is this for real? NRI Evil women

Recently I started looking for matches. Until this point in my life, I never had a thought about marriage life or how its going to be once I am married. But lately I've heard multiple sad stories from different people about how some desi women are abusing the laws to get US Visa or alimony etc. Like they marry some NRI, after coming to US, they get divorce as early as possible and go on their own with their BF who would be on student visa or similar. Or even worse, scamming NRIs for alimony as the laws are totally biased towards women when it comes to domestic violence, making husbands to bear for huge amounts of alimony. Usually the victims in such stories is some unlucky guy, so one might assume these kinds of things happens are common but are very rare cases, probably 1 in 1000 or something. But the owner of the poker club I daily play is currently facing the same charges and my ex-roommate is also a victim of similar case, seems to me that it happens more often than one thinks, definitely not 1 in 1000, makes me think what precautions one can take to avoid being in such a misery situation.
"Wife ni baga chusko chalu" ilanti advicelu vaddu man. It is one thing to divorce your partner when you gave your marriage like 100 chances but you are vexed and lost hope that it's gonna work, it's totally a different thing to marry someone with pure intent of divorcing him for personal benefits such as alimony or visa, in which case entha manchiga chuskunna pette bokka petti 10denglthadi.
Vennela movies lo Brahmi ni chusi navvukunna kani real life lo victims ni chusthunte feeling so sad. Google lo kodithe e story kanapadindi https://mensdayout.com/false-498a-cases-nri/ papam veeni badha aithe pagonikkuda rakudadu ra chari

It is true. I personally know such stories among friends. Best to marry someone here whom you get to know. Don't clamor for Desi women only this is what happens if you do

Gujju's and Punjabi's ee loop hole baaga vadutharu..

for example Gujju/Punjabi guy will apply for K1 (fiance visa). the girl will come here with all paperwork and then the guy will call off the marriage and the girl will go on their merry way to find a more suitable bakra.
