I have a relative who is realtor in hyd and does the same thing

he is married to our cousin, so all our relatives kept quiet, he sold acres in patancheruvu for crores and gave 1 lakh for each of them telling it was occupied by rowdies 

I curse him a lot

My aunt's land kabza ayyindi last month in Uppal area. Around 1000 sq yd. We have high profile contacts.. So tryin to get it back

Same here my Br-law scolded his father(my-flaw) and throwed out of house because he asked about this.. so money gone is gone … nothing can be done..

Don't know about LRS. this land was purchased long time ago. I reckon prior to 2006...

You do realise the nature of court cases in india right ? 

Just for tabling the case before the judge it may take 2-3 years ,

after that defendant will ask for further time to submit counter. Another 3-5 years for counters 

After that judge may ask registration/municipal authorities to verify the documents of each party - 2-3 years 

Finally  the judge gives a decision in favour of orginal owner after 7-15 years at district court level 

Then the accused appeals against the judgement in the high court , the whole process starts again . Another 7-15 years. 

Meanwhile the lawyer fee keeps adding up in lakhs and even when many people won the case they feel like they are the losers. 

There is no punishment for kabja gang , this one guy has occupied more than 3000 acres around hydrerabad
