Currently in Automotive industry in Electrical/Robotics/Automation field… same position and same job food industry ki move aithe advantages disadvantages enti??? Does an engineer in food industry has less value compared to Automotive???

Robotics is the future .. 

Food industry is mandatory one but log of people will be available. Your already above ahead filed by taking food industry job your degrading yourself .. just because of few higher bucks you will get the same n above in your current filed if you try constantly

Looks like you haven't identified your passion yet.. i feel many of us lose out on the same basis - talk about long term when we do not have a passion. In an absence of passion, never think about long term.. no one can predict.. Just think about short term benefits and move around.. in your case, I will move. New industry.. higher pay.. and serving your immediate purpose of location change.. just move.. build network as you go.. all these accomplishments are fad in front of people collusions.. and if that doesn't work out, move again.. You are adding a crucial part with this attitude - diversity in your competence.. things that make you a GM/VP.. Good luck..
