Dallas and Austin - way overheated market.. difficult to buy a house here unless you go 30-40 miles from Dallas..

Buy or rent.. Dallas and Austin avoid cheyyi… 

Dallas lo 2bd/2ba in a good school area is around $2500, if you are able to get it… Austin lo over 3K

go to some low cost states like Florida, NC etc
