No no…ANR built a studio on his own even before Govt stepped up to encourage. His own land lo set up chesindu…

Atarvata akade inka extra land allot chesinaru…at the same time and same place Lo to both LV Prasad and ANR. Atarvata LV Prasad studio la extra land ni charity trust ga covert chesi, LV Prasad eye hospital kattinaru…location kuda LV Eye hospital and Annapurna studios share common boundry

+ LV eye vallu I think 1-2 acres entho surrender chesinaru govt ki now that they were not fully utilizing the land and trust hospital run cheyadaniki land  conversion kosam…as deal, Govt took back this 1-2 acres and gave trust permission to run hospital in the land which were allotted to film studio purpose.

Today, that piece of land is home to an iconic address…emito guess chey ?
