Maaa dost gaaadu at the age of 28. circummfff cheyyinchunnaduu.. newly married ante after 2 months of marriage... all of a sudden chaaala sannaga ayyipoyaaadu like bones visible shoulder.... entra intha sannaga ayyav ante gym pothunna annadu... gym tho tone/slim ayye body ala undaaadhu ...

anyone here know or went thru this similar situation

mee dost gaadiki ki use chesina surgical equipment and table same day anthaka mundu evadanna HIV patient ku circumf chesaremo, as usual ga covid related sanitization chesaremo, but sanitization may not have killed HIV.

Just suspecting

neeku vaade cheppada, only after surgery weak ayyadu ani, or nuvvu guess chesthunnava like he had that surgery and for some reason weak ayunte, surgical is the reason emo ani anukuntunnavemo. vaade cheppina sare may be he is also wrong.

Gym all of a sudden start chesada, inthaka mundhu chesada, ippudu nutrition and diet meedha proper guidance and focus unda, diet proper ga thesukuntunnado kannukko, many people suddenly go low carb and high protein immediately after starting workouts, for loosing fat or for lean mass muscle or shape, cuts in desi lang blah blah. . . . such sudden diet shift also makes one lean, not healthy lean but sick looking and pale.

As you heard, circummff ki em issue undadhu, its a normal procedure, not a major surgery that impacts harmones or metabolism in the body.

ante after surgery we met oka 2 months tharvatha.. he is not healthy lean.. and more over body language changed like sudden ga nunchuntaadu and walk here and there...looks in to the ceiling... just coincidence emo le...
