Also in some cases, Poland is not allowing brown people to flee the war zone. but is accepting Ukrainians as refugees.

advisory is not enough, dude. stop blaming them. They were not able to leave. Govt should have facilitated their escape.

Bro, I empathy with the situation and want no one to be in the spot(war zone is ugly). there was advisory and still flights operational(ofcrse at own expense)  and when all other nationals left, what were these guys thinking of? Hoping free tickets and air lift?

I might sound desensitized but when everyone is leaving , what were they doing? Look at those intvws from stranded students parents 2 weeks ago, things are normal and don't want to leave

anyway, there have been reports that Ukranian universities have threatened students who wanted to leave with warnings of making them repeat the curriculum next year, and paying fees again.

Just issuing travel advisory is not enough. It is Indian govt's job to make sure Indians are safe across the world.

Thanks for the quote (will try to check it out) but a govt like india (old fags running bureaucracy) aren't we expecting lot more here, will put my safety first before anything.
