Okappudu weekly 2-3 times used to smoke hookah. Double apple, pan masala my favorites.

But now totally gave up since 3 years man. Can't afford to run the miles I run with bad lungs. Next target triathlon so gotta keep my lungs clean.

Smoking hookah will fcuk up your lungs

Nikah's ayyindi tammi and tool is still doing overtime but after 3rd covid jab i started feeling terrible after hookah sessions not sure it's my lungs or me getting paranoid
