Always better to call police/insurance immediately bro, even its your fault. Opposite party might take advantage putting false claims on you at a later point.

did you call the police ? SOmetimes we think it was our mistake but it could be mistake from both parties. So I hope you called the police as he will decide who is at fault. Talk to your insurance age
