first social reformation. Then single party aina multiple party aina work avaddhu. First you must destroy all birth based privelges and create a flat society and let the truly merit raise to top.

in china states have even higher rights than in india. education is states like mongolia to xinjian is all in local languages. Most non han minorities enjoy special priveleges and money  flows to minorities from han. Not like india where money flows from south indians to hindi belt.

chinese. No they reached the goal of removing poverty last year - thats very tiny portion who live in mountains gatra. But in cities they never allowed a working man to live without a proper roof or atleast basic food on table.
