according to Meena Rashi, elinati shani start ayyindi.

but as of now I’m in the final phases of Buddha maha dasha per my date of birth. Coming dasha is Kethu.
  Shani maha dasha completed in 2007. 
 

Question is does elinati shani have any affect for people  who has their shani  Dasha Completed, and Lagna is Karkataka (guru palitha Lagna).
