VFS will not open documents until 48 hours. So nee documents Monday reach aythey you should get update by Friday that they received your documents !

Photo and thumb print scan chesi paint lo resize … notary only on parental authorization initially … after submitting form and uploading all docs on govt website print it, baby thumb print on minor applicant section and below that parents should sign infront of notary.

so overall notary on parental authorization and printed application form … 

self attest only on child passport … follow the checklist as it is

Yes have to upload notarized parental authorization, passport copies of child, and parents first and last 2 pages, birth certificate, address proof etc … and have to ship hard copies to vfs
