1) he was asked by British high rannking officer  who is his friend to compose a song on the occasion of king George Visit. Correct

2) He wrote and sung the song.: Wrong,it was sung by group of school children and it was sung by his Niece.

Akand Bharat was split into provinces  by British India with sub states and a capital. There were no provinces further split before and after British occupied us.  So enni provinces unnayo anney unnayi.. anthaku mundhu  ochina taruvatha.. so avey raasaru aayana

Netaji selected this in 1942 as National song for INA and it was first aired in german radio

Babu Rajendranath cited the same that this is heard by world and this is our national anthem over Vande matharam

You have to understand the cryptic nature These people had when it comes to sense of poetry.. if you have a Bengali friend, as him Bhagya Vidatha .. he will day he is himself..is any individual who writes their own fate ani..

the issue is with  translation

vidatha antey God ani kadhu..all who steered this great civilization. Indulo ekkada aina  King George ni kaani british ni kaani pigidey amsamey udadhu.. this is a very big song and intended to tell the British that you have set foot on this great land.

There is his original writing and letters Where Indira herself asked why and all explanations right after are all preserved i victoria memorial kolkata..if you ever get a chance,,..please visit

Also check my earlier comment on how and why he referred all and their importance in thriving of the Bharat civilization

asalu emanna cheppava, inner meaning ani poetry ani, cryptic nature ani, bengali radu ani, a=b, b=c so a=d ani cheppinattu undi

ok vidhatha ante Indians ee anukundam, asalu george ni pogidinatte leda. Then who is adhinayakudu bro. Jana gana mana Adhinayaka Jayahe? who is adhinayakudu in 1912? Edo Netaji ante netaji no bapuji no pogadanu use chesukunnadu anukundam war time lo, but who is adhinayakudu in 1912 or 1950. There is no adhinayakudu in Indian constitution, before Independence we were 500 princely states or few provinces. There was no Adhinayakudu. He is clearly praising him as adhinayakudu.

I agree that he said you have set food in this great land, ee land goppathanam kuda rasadu. That doesnt mean he is not praising geroge.

It has been alleged that the song is addressed to the British monarch, George or whatever he was.

In the third stanza of the song, the poet calls upon the Eternal Charioteer.

Oh! Eternal Charioteer, the wheels of your chariot
Echo day and night in the path
In the midst of fierce revolution,
Your conch shell sounds.

Original bengali:

He chirosharothi, tobo rotho chokre
Mukhuritho potho dinoratri.
Daruno biplobo majhe,
Tobo shongkhodhoni baje

Key words: चिरसारथी (Eternal Charioteer), रथचक्रे (Chariot Wheels), शंखध्वनी (Sound of the Conch Shell).

The King of Britain is not known to be eternal, neither is he famous for driving chariots. He also does not go around blowing conch shells.

Who is the poet referring to, is the most famous charioteer in the world, Shri Krishna himself.
