How to decide if a full time offer is good in terms of money

let’s suppose a person makes 160k (before taxes) in a mid-tier city like Louisville, Salt Lake City , St Louis etc. on an hourly contracting job

how much salary should he negotiate for taking full time job

I suppose paid holidays/ lower health insurance premiums etc. will contribute up to 10,000$ per anum - so does he need to ask for 150k

do we need to consider any other components in terms of money ?

Good question those mid tier places nobody offer 150k first unless that is manger lever position

Yes bro

as asking what all we need to consider when switching from contracting to full time

like employer 401K contribution - I heard employers contribute only 3-5% of what we contribute so May be it can be like 2000$ a year correct ?
