Actual Buddha’s dharma chakra has only 8 spikes, and looks like a wheel. Also, the chakra is always carved right behind Buddha’s statue. What you posted is a flower, which is a common motif carved/painted in Hindu temples. The artefact in the pic looks like a part of the ceiling.

Post a picture of dharma chakra carved separately in any Buddhist temple and prove me wrong. 

And about the other artifacts, they’re clearly influenced by Hindu architecture. Stop living in denial bro.
