so you think alimony is a given in other divorce cases, without the women expressly fighting for it, and in an ugly way? non-muslim women are so brave and are in the right environment to divorce their husbands, you think?

what do you mean 'victims' of triple talaq?

do you even know how long it takes to divorce your partner in India? the court even sets 6 months living together condition to even start applyng for divorce. then the process takes about 8-12 months.

do you want divorce to be instant or be drawn out for over an year and put the woman in a vulnerable position?

I'd say hindu civil code should adopt talaq and divorces should be just instant. No need for court intervention at all.. later the participants can approach the court for alimony after they get divorced in private. That's the best way to divorce actually.
