Land buying for future building involves a lot of factors.

Development communities lo long term holding ki land ammaru. I think they should not sell.

Private communities lo buildable lots konte - you should get permits, septic, sewer, water etc. Those things take time sometimes up to 3 years.

If you get a permit it will have clause to start the foundation within a period of time and finish within a time frame. If you dont do that, next in the line will get a permit and you lose yours.

All in - buying a buildable lot for long term holding is not easily possible. Koni ammali ante buildable lots kaakunda, actual unzoned land koni, zoning permits techukuni tarvata ammithe you can see some money. Like any other investment it has its set of Capital expenses, local regulatory laws, attorney fees, taxes & op. cost for holding period, etc.

Guddiga digaku.
