GSDP growth rate of Delhi is near to 14% in 2012-13, year over year it fell and reached 10% pre-covid … after-covid it’s -3.9% … Outstanding debt increased year over year and reached 34k crore by March 2020, never reduced the debt actuals but natural GSDP growth of Delhi is 10+% but debt growth is less than 10% which you are saying as reduce in overall debt… 
 

even before Kejriwal delhi growth rate is more than 10% while debt growth rate is less than 10%

Last year alone he raised debt of 15k crore …
