Nenu , na subordinates tho kopam ga untae, will put off of the task for 2 straight days, not a single word spoken, would assign his work to some other guy, keep him in the dark, appatiki definite ga ardham ipothadhi, if he really needed the job, he would come and talk to me or else on a fine Friday morning, nenu pilichaevaadini meeting ki..!

Most of them would come up to me and talk, kurchopetti explain chesaevaadini, eventually valla performance increases ayyaedhi.
