what is kejri doing, that Jagan/KCR is not? I'd rank both Jagan/KCR way higher than kejri who acts like a typical sarkari babu running a department within the limited budget that he's provided.

I didn’t compare who is doing what… if u see how he won in punjab with little to no effort… it shows how effective he is unlike others who are eating thousands of Crores when they are in power.

I didn't follow this election, my cousin said some jjoker called Mann is CM candidate for aap. but my instinct is saying that this is a fluke victory for aap. conditions were perfect with mood against BJP, and congress splitting or something.

you can't sell detached fiscal conservatism everywhere in India. sandrabob tried. and whatever your complaints about his pasupu kumkuma, sandrabob is much closer to your ideal than Jagan would be.

in fact, such fiscal conservatism is not even the right thing to do.

I am not really against spending but there has to be a balance between revenue expenditure and capital expenditure
