how to get rid of attention deficit naturally? any tips

last 2 years ga work ni mari personal ga teseskuni laptop ki athukupoyi unna. unable to focus now. also binge eating started. 

late sleeping and no quality of sleep. 8 hours padukunna night antha jagaram chesinattu morning eyes lagestunai and talanostondi. day time fatigue untondi

even drive chestunapudu distract aipoyi turns miss avtunna appudapudu

Chronic fatigue syndrome if no open mouth breathing while sleeping....if open mouth breathing and snoring accompanied by dry mouth at the end of sleep...sleep apnea...

Check to see if you have sleep apnea.
