Nowadays lo snoring a lot getting complaints from closed ones

Any solution

It is an health issue. So be in control about food and sleep.

Simple home made solution - user virgin coconut oil drops in both noses. You can also use ghee/ sesame oil drops. See for few days, if it works for you you can continue. Otherwise, you can stop.

Depends if it is snoring or sleep apnea..both look similar..reducing weight and excersise helps in both cases but if it is sleep apnea you still might have to wear a cpap machine for which you need to have a sleep study done..

Nuvvu use chestunnava kaka CPAP ..

BiPAP kuda undi anta for severe sleep apnea . Central Apnea issues sometimes need different treatment

Are you snoring all the time or only in winter or dry nose due to heater or when you are tired?? Winter lo chala mandiki snoring untundi…

Try to identify patterns when you are snoring and check your sleep cycles (lot of sleep apps)…

Maintain healthy weight. Do intermittent fasting . Do  eat healthy . Don’t eat after 6 pm. Drink chamomile tea 1 hr before sleep. Don’t eat anything before sleep. Food and sleep should have minimum 2 hrs break
