The fact that 10% pass these exams is much better than going through medical belt with limited seats in India . I read somewhere that there is 1 medical seat in Andhra and Telangana for 114 applicants for each seat.. 100 Ukrainian medical students getting 10 seats is lot lot better...so we cant blame them..
