Real estate kosame and at the same time, local landowners could not realize the full potential of their land values. 

back in 1996, to protect twin lake bodies government issues a GO 111 prohibiting polluting industries and housing developments with the exception of village panchayat housing. It was not technically studied, and this GO was an interim order in the meanwhile a bill was supposed to be introduced to protect the water bodies...

That bill never came through and GO stayed put up for 25 years.

Almost 1,20,000 acres of prime grade-b real estate land which was locked in this GO will be now in the open market free of restrictions except for few thousand acres around the catchment zone.

Ee budget session la 1400 crores approve chesindru to link Kaleshwaram (kondapochamma reservoir to osman sagar), this will  negate any concerns with drinking water or threat to gandipet
